Stripe collects tax where we are required to. Add a tax ID at checkout if your organization needs it on the invoice.
Yes. Remove a person in the team portal and invite someone else. You cannot drop below assigned members.
Anyone who needs the policy on a company-managed device needs a seat — employee or contractor.
One named user seat covers up to two active devices (typical Mac + Windows). Unnamed MDM machines consume one device seat each. If a device seat later presents a work email, we attach it to that person so you are not double-charged.
Yes. The deployment token activates machines without a license window. Use optional work email on the profile to attach the device to a person.
Manage billing in the team portal (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancel at period end; licenses keep working until the term expires. Seat changes prorate immediately.
Available on enterprise invoices. Ask when you request a quote.
